June Ambrose took Jay Z from T-shirts to Tom Ford. In between outfitting celebs and designing her own clothing line for HSN, June by June Ambrose, she shared her bridal style tips.

Dress For Your Body
For athletic types, a strapless or one-shouldered gown tones down broad shoulders. I love a mermaid silhouette for pear shapes; celebrate your curves! And my go-to for girls shaped like boys is a feminine A-line skirt with a sweetheart neckline.

Ditch the Trends
If you're investing in a dress, be sure it's one you could see yourself handing down to your daughter.

Think Seasonally
Spring or summer brides should look for pretty fabrics like chiffon and lace; for fall or winter, a beaded gown with a fur throw is dashing.

Veils Add Drama
There's something so ceremonious about a veil. If you're having a big wedding, go for it in a dramatic Sound of Music way, even if the dress is simple. If you're getting married at city hall, skip it. Don't forget the shapewear. It's important to wear something underneath your dress that defines the body and holds everything in place. Va Bien is a favorite of mine — effective and luxurious.

Splurge on Shoes
Sure, people might not see them, but if they're cheap and painful, your whole day could be ruined, right?

And Break Them in Early
Walk around the house with them on over damp sport socks; it loosens the leather without ruining the shoe.

Pack the Essentials
Five things every bride should have in her clutch: blotting paper, double-sided tape, breath mints, lip balm, and an elastic hair tie for the after-party.

Keep Makeup Natural
A beautiful eye and a fleshy lip are perfect. You want your fiancé to recognize you when you walk down the aisle!

Elevate Your Groom's Style
Invest in a well-tailored tux or, at the very least, a beautiful shirt, bow tie, or pocket square. High-quality basics make everything else look richer.

Practice Posing
If you hate the hand-on-hip "skinny arm" pose, place your fingertips on your thighs and slightly bend your elbows to create space between the arms and the torso. You'll look instantly leaner.

Channel a Celeb
The Inbal Dror bridal gown Beyonce wore to the 2016 Grammy Awards was quite provocative, with its long sleeves and thigh-high slits. That's how a bride should feel when she walks down the aisle: timeless and sexy. -As told to Claire Coghlan

The 10 Best Wedding Instagrams of the Week

In the midst of the holiday season, we're getting more inspired than ever by all of the usual Instagram photos of amazing wedding moments. This week, our favorite photo-sharing app opened our eyes to shots of fun engagement shoot ideas, beautiful wedding bouquets, and more.

Above: This breathtaking shot resembles a real-life snow globe with a backdrop of snow flurries creating the ultimate winter wedding wonderland.

One of our favorite wedding-dress trends to emerge from the bridal runways is the feminine and ethereal floral appliqué trend. This fairytale gown almost blends right into its flower-laced surroundings, making for one super-romantic look for the ultimate spring bride.

Along with being an awesome wedding-planning sidekick, moms are also known for attending to last-minute wedding emergencies. And for this bride, Mom was there to rescue the day one last time before heading down the aisle.

We loved seeing everyone's adorable holiday engagement photos, but this one took the cake for cutest "Meet Me Under the Mistletoe" moment.

Three cheers for this getaway car décor! Decked out with lush green garlands, whimsical ribbon tassels, and bright gold letter balloons, we'd say that this couple's wedding exit was one to remember.

The groom's crisp black suit paired with the bride's delicate, floaty wedding dress strikes the perfect harmony as they dance the night away in newlywed bliss.

There's a dreamy, almost heavenly air to this portrait that took our breath away. And we're loving how all the elements in this photo frame the bride perfectly in her beaded, plunging-back wedding gown, creating a masterful piece of visual eye-candy that fine-art photographers will love.

Hosting a winter wedding? Take a cue from this bride: Boot up and cozy up with your favorite pair of weather-proof booties and a blanket to keep the cold outdoors from turning your feet into your "something blue."

Raise your hand if this couple's wedding portrait just swept you off your feet! Sigh. Not only are we swooning over the oozing romance, we're also loving this shot of the groom's wedding band. Who says the bride's bling gets to have all the attention?

If you're considering handwritten vows, these little books are the perfect way to save and treasure them long after you've exchanged "I dos."

Who says cold weather has to put a damper on your engagement photo shoot style? We're drawing inspiration from Bachelorette couple Kaitlyn Bristowe and Shawn Booth's engagement session this week and proving that a turtleneck can be a chic alternative if you're going for winter glam.

Are you a totally '70s bohemian babe? Yeah, so is Natalie Suarez of Natalie off Duty. She's giving us major Marianne Faithful vibes in her Capulet turtleneck and suede dress paired with pointy-toed flat loafers. It's a simple cool mod look that's a breeze to recreate!

Julie Sariñana of Sincerely Jules keeps things comfy and cool in a maxi skirt with a slit cut up to there and a comfy turtleneck. Accessories do the talking here with her chelsea boots and wide brimmed hat making this very London in the 1960's. Opt out of the accessories for a cozy winter photo shoot that will make it even easier to cozy up with your husband-to-be by a fire.

For the fashion-obsessed nothing screams cool like a leather skirt. And of course you want all the cool-girl vibes for those important snaps of you and your fiancé. Channel Look de Pernille's Pernille Teisbaek in a chunky knit tucked into a structured leather skirt (hers is from Acne Studios), and some lace up booties. Just the right does of casual cool and ultimately sophisticated.

Ok so we're cheating a bit on this one, but it still counts as a turtleneck if it's covering your neck right? Sydney-based blogger Carmen Hamilton of the Chronicles of Her fame is adorable, stylish and sexy in a high waisted Alexa Chung for AG denim skirt and crochet lace Zimmerman top (which seems to be THE item to have for fashion girls this season). Channel her look with a see through high neck top paired with just a pretty black little something underneath.

If feminine glam is your thing than Atlantic-Pacific's Blair Eadie is your girl. The self-proclaimed "lover of all things colorful, chic, preppy and printed" is all sorts of glam in her chic (yet amazingly subtle) black turtleneck, drama-enduring hoop skirt (which gives you the illusion of stripes and plaid all at once), and shiny pointy toed heels topped off with bows — all in shades of black and white to keep the look minimally classy of course. It's kind of Blair Waldorf meets Audrey Hepburn and we're loving it for your engagement photos. Picture your guy in a tailored suit and a dimly lit back corner of a classic library bar: very modern-day Rat Pack.

The moment is here. The wedding is over. No more stress, no more planning, no more managing a million people at once. It's time to relax, de-compress, and focus on you and your new hubby! That means it's honeymoon time.

If you're heading to a secluded beach to delight in your newlywed bliss, you'll want to pack a bikini and loads of the highest SPF (you're already glowing, you don't need to risk your skin for that tan). But sometimes that SPF doesn't cut it, and nothing curbs the honeymoon quite like an awful sunburn. You'll want to look into each other's eyes without having to bathe in aloe for relief, so make sure to add a gorgeous sun hat to your packing list.

We've rounded up 7 of our favorites that will take you from newlywed to old-Hollywood screen siren (think Sofia Loren) in no time. Nothing quite like a big straw hat and a some striking sunglasses to up the style factor. From break the bank glam (it's your honeymoon after all) to affordable vacation staple, we did all the research so you don't have to. After all, you've done enough planning haven't you?

The three things that make the perfect engagement ring selfie: a Starbucks cup, a fresh coat of nail polish, and your sparkly bling of course! We'd say this bride-to-be has the system down pat.

Incorporate the colors of the season into your wedding cake with bold reds, glittery golds and pops of emerald green.

Looking for a unique and modern tablescape? This couple incorporated cool architectural elements like faceted silverware and centerpieces, copper chargers, and amazing porcelain egg sculptures. Way cool.

Guys, we're obsessing over this long-sleeve lace top. With breezy, romantic details and a mod floral-appliqué collar, we're totally stealing this look for pre-wedding parties.

Styled Bridal Shoot with an Ivory and Blush Color Palette Lace Wedding Cake with Flower Topper

Soft, natural lighting, a dreamy blush and cream color palette, and a stunning historic home inspired London-based wedding photographer Claire Graham to create a styled bridal shoot that felt romantic, effortless, and timeless. "In my style of photography, I believe less is more, which is why I like to keep things simple," says Graham. "I'm always looking to incorporate beautiful light and a soft warm color palette into my photographs." The Orsett Hall in Essex, a replica of a 17th century home, which now serves as a hotel, provided the perfect place to bring her vision to life. With the bride donning an elegant v-neck gown by Sabina Motasem, the stage was set.
