Just when you might have forgotten that the former MTV star and fashion designer Whitney Port is getting married, the style-setter jetted off with her girlfriends for a weekend getaway in Las Vegas to celebrate her upcoming wedding to Tim Rosenman. And the bachelorette party looks like it's a blast!

The group kicked off the party-filled weekend at Omnia Nightclub inside Caesar's Palace Friday night, where they ran into none other than The Hills co-star Brody Jenner behind the DJ booth, E News! reports. "Let's get this party started," Port posted to Instagram, sharing a photo where she posed in a low-cut white dress beside her friends. She then posted another one with Brody, along with her party's hashtag #itswhitneybitch.

According to E! News, the group did more than dance the night away. Before they hit the Omni Nightclub, the women were spotted having dinner at Nobu, also in the hotel, as well as catching a ride on the High Roller Ferris wheel. The night wouldn't be complete, though, without bedazzled bottles of champagne, which Whitney posted alongside the caption "Ohhhhhhh snaps!"

The bride generously treated her guests to presents luxuriously wrapped by Paper|Art. In a group photo in which Port posed with a furry, hot-pink headband, she also excitedly wrote, "Gangs all here! Ok! Ready! @beglammednow #itswhitneybitch."

The rest of her details from Port's last fling before the ring has been left to be desired, but in the meantime, here's what we know about her wedding plans: "It will be a destination and it will be sorta medium size," she told E! News. "We have a good amount of people that we would like to share the day with, so it will definitely be lots of friends and family."

She also admitted she won't design her own wedding gown, but will be writing her own vows! "It's just more personal and we don't really wanna be reciting something," she said. "We really want it to come from our own hearts."

Whitney Port's wedding is finally almost here! In the year and a half since she got engaged to her fiancé Tim Rosenman, she's been busy with everything wedding-related: Working on a custom stationery line, picking a venue, and getting her future husband involved in the plans. Her current project? Finalizing her wedding dress.

The fashion designer and former star of The Hills shared some photos of her trying on gowns in a recent blog post. At first, she made us think that these were looks at her potential dress.

"I thought I'd give you a peek inside my fitting room to get your thoughts on some of these dresses," she wrote, before ending our dream of getting a sneak peek at her wedding-day ensemble.

"Juuuust kidding — The dress is in the works!!" she clarified, revealing that her dress will be custom. "But I thought I'd share some pics of me in the fitting room experimenting with different styles to see what I liked. It's super important to try on as many dresses as you can so you are confident in what you choose!"

We shouldn't be surprised that the fashion maven has smart advice for wedding-dress shopping, and yet we're impressed at her foolproof philosophy. No matter your body type or personal style, it's important to see what's out there before saying yes — the last thing anyone wants is buyer's remorse.

From the looks of it, Port's dress will be a lacy, body-hugging number with a subtle mermaid skirt and no train. She also seems to be a fan of an open back. We approve!

Whitney Port is keeping quiet about when (and where!) she'll marry fiancé Tim Rosenman, but that doesn't mean she isn't busy planning the big day, or dropping hints about what's to come. And lucky for us, some of the details that she's finally divulging are big.

The reality star-turned-fashionista told E! News all about her upcoming wedding — including that it will happen in 2015! "It will be a destination and it will be sorta medium size," Port said. "We have a good amount of people that we would like to share the day with, so it will definitely be lots of friends and family."

While she clearly has the guest list, destination, and date down, she isn't so sure about her wedding dress. "I don't have the dress yet. I'm a very indecisive person and I feel like I want to choose the dress a little bit closer to the date," Port said. "I don't really wanna be staring at a dress for too long because I'm afraid that I'll get sick of it, but I definitely have ideas in my head of what I want."

As for who will be designing it, Port revealed that she won't be doing it on her own. "I don't think that I would necessarily be capable of designing a full wedding gowns as that's not really my forte, but I have thought about designing it with another designer who specializes in that."

Other big details she shared? She and her husband-to-be will pen their own vows for the ceremony and are already considering starting a family. "I come from a family of five kids, so just having tons of sisters and a brother and that kind of big family atmosphere is something that's really important to me," Port said. "I'm definitely not in any rush, but hopefully in the next couple of years we'll start to make that move."

It's safe to say we can't wait to finally see this adorable couple walk down the aisle!

We all were hoping for a reunion of The Hills cast members at Lauren Conrad's wedding, but unfortunately that did not happen. Conrad's former co-star on the hit reality TV show Whitney Port missed Conrad's big day, as she was in New York City.

"I wasn't able to make it, I was here," Port told People at a LinkedIn Build Your Professional Brand event in the Big Apple earlier this week.

As the two both got their starts in fashion during their internships at Teen Vogue, naturally Conrad's big-day look was brought up. "She's very confident in her own style, as she should be," Port said of Conrad, knowing that her friend looked beautiful on her wedding day in despite of not seeing any pictures or knowing what she wore.

Port is in the midst of planning her own nuptials to Tim Rosenman and she is not stressing herself about it one bit. "I'm taking my time for sure, but I have begun planning," she said. She continued, "I thought I had some stuff figured out, but some things have gotten switched up as of late. I don't really want to get into it, but it's definitely at the forefront of my mind, and I'm working on it. There are obviously so many different decisions to make, but I'm the kind of person that gives myself time and doesn't really put pressure on myself, which can be nice, but sometimes when you do that you become this indecisive ball of mess."

Port is over the moon about marrying her Prince Charming, but doesn't care a great deal about the "married" label. "I already know that I'm going to be with him forever, and I feel completely confident in that. I don't need that label. But I just think it's exciting to be in this next chapter of our lives, as cheesy as it sounds. I think the most exciting thing is, obviously, just to be able to start a family and to call him my husband."

What we can expect from Port's wedding? A "colorful" and "eclectic" mix with loads of "texture" play. Hopefully, Conrad will be in attendance and we can get the reunion we've been so patiently waiting for.

Celebrities are getting engaged left and right with a few planning to tie the knot in just a few months from Whitney Port and Lauren Conrad to Mila Kunis. Though most couples face the same issues when it comes to their first year of marriage no matter what their star status, Hollywood's elite has a whole host of other things to deal — whether it's the paparazzi or news outlets following their every move. To help our favorite notable names who are making the big leap soon, we've rounded up some tips on ways they can make their first year of marriage go off without a hitch.

Keep things fun and the tabloids at bay by making date nights regular occurrences.
The first year of marriage is all about adjustment and settling into your new life together, but there are things from your time as girlfriend and boyfriend that you can bring into newlywed life, including dates. They keep things fresh and also give those gossip mags very little to report on if you're out and about looking happy together.

Your squabbles and moods are private — they have no place on social media.
Airing out your dirty (or lightly soiled) laundry on social media is a huge no-no for normal couples, thus it can be disastrous for celebrities. It feels good to vent and is necessary for you to cleanse your mind and spirit, but make sure you're venting to the right people — your husband, friends, family, or even your therapist. Nothing on Twitter or Instagram ever goes away, so you want to avoid those posts being resurfaced at a later date when things are going well.

Get on the same page with your families — your inner circle has just multiplied!
Both of your families are now in the limelight as well! Make sure they know to keep mum on personal things that are discussed. During your first month of marriage, you should also discuss how much visibility they are giving to your relationship and how much you are showcasing them on a regular basis — you might decide it's wise to keep your families out of mentions in interviews and off of social media to protect their privacy and everyday lives.

Romance and sex are important and should be at the forefront. Don't be afraid to experiment.
With the busy schedule of a star, romance and sex can definitely fall by the wayside. It's important to keep your relationship spicy and exciting, thus you should figure out ways to keep your love life on fire, whether it be late night sultry Skype sessions or fun role playing in different cities.

Your friends are a part of your extended family, so keep them close and make sure you don't alienate them.
It's easy to get wrapped up in your husband and forget about your friends. You will be spending more time with your family, but shouldn't ignore your extended family which is full of the men and women who supported you long before you were a Mrs. Put monthly nights out on the calendar and make them a priority. Though your life has changed and you are officially a wife, you still need to have your own life separate from your husband.

Along with planning her upcoming nuptials to fiancé Tim Rosenman, bride-to-be Whitney Port has been busy designing her very own line of wedding stationery with Wedding Paper Divas — and we have an exclusive first look.

The entire collection, which reflects the star's signature California-cool boho style, will be unveiled tonight at a launch party in New York City, but Wedding Paper Divas and Whitney gave us a sneak peek at one of the designs from the line: a statement-making watercolor invite in shades of red, pink and orange, which features a bold and modern font.

"'The Enchanting Affair' invitation design, with its watercolor paint splashes and vibrant colors, alludes to a fun and relaxed wedding," Whitney exclusively tells us of the invite pictured above. "It would be great for the trend-forward couple whose guests should anticipate a festive affair that will last into the early morning hours!"

In total, Whitney's line features six suites, which include save-the-dates and invitations, plus response, enclosure, and thank you cards. The collection will be available exclusively at weddingpaperdivas.com in mid-August. The best part? The stationery won't break the bank — 100 invites will cost about $179.

Regarding her latest design venture, Whitney says, "I set out to design invitations that were bold yet elegant, and really tried to push the boundaries in terms of bright colors and unconventional designs to offer something fresh and unique for engaged couples." We say mission accomplished!

Whitney Port is engaged — and like so many other brides-to-be, she has a lot of wedding planning-related questions. Her first concern after her fiancée Tim Rosenman proposed? "The budget. You don't really know what goes into planning a wedding and you don't know how much things are supposed to cost, so that was a big question," she told us after our #BRIDESxGLAMOUR Twitter chat today. Her other questions ranged from save-the-dates to who should officiate the ceremony, and, as many engaged gals can relate, wedding inspiration.

"I feel like we have so many ideas and different directions to go in: Do I want a colorful wedding or neutral? Do I want classic invites or something less traditional? I think that's the biggest issue — is knowing how many options I have," she says of defining a unified wedding scheme. "My mom keeps telling me to pick a theme!"

Bride-to-be and creative force behind fashion label Whitney Eve, Whitney Port has teamed up with Wedding Paper Divas to create a stationery collection that reflects her boho-cool style (available exclusively at weddingpaperdivas.com later this summer!). Plus, the former reality star is also designing her very own personal stationery suite for her upcoming nuptials, as well as guest blogging about the design process and her experiences as she gets ready to walk down the aisle. Here, we're getting an exclusive first look at Whitney's first blog post revealing how she gets her fiancé Tim Rosenman involved in wedding planning.

If you know me, you know that I have very strong convictions when it comes to design, but planning our wedding is (by definition) a joint affair. So Tim and I have made sure that it's a combined effort, where both of our styles are incorporated and reflected throughout.

We've been working closely with Wedding Paper Divas on meshing our design preferences, finding elements that are meaningful to both of us and defining our style as a couple. This means a mix of me doing the legwork on certain tasks and getting Tim's support before making the final decision, as well as helping Tim find projects that he's excited about and can take the reins on.

For example, the venue is very important to us, and as with any wedding, it will dictate a lot of the style choices (from the save-the-dates and stationery to the décor) that we make. Tim has said he'll be happy with whatever makes me happy, but I wanted to make sure his preferences were considered. So we made a joint list of "must haves" for the venue — I did a lot of research with these essentials in mind and we visited all of the contenders as a couple.

See More: Exclusive: 5 Things You Didn't Know About Whitney Port's Wedding

On the flip side, one area of planning that's a no-brainer for Tim to spearhead is curating our music playlist. Since we got engaged, Tim and I have been choosing songs that will make our reception a blast — it's very important that our wedding is a ton of fun not just for us, but also for our guests.

Here's a sneak peek of our playlist!

This is just one of the areas where Tim is getting involved (and having a blast, I might add!). Even if your significant other is more of an I'll-just-show-up-on-the-big-day type of groom, here are some other areas where you can encourage him to pitch in.

The Bar: Ask your future husband to work with your caterer to select, and even name, a pair of signatures cocktails (one named after each of you, reflecting your tastes!).

The Invites: Write some unique personal copy for the RSVP cards. The standard wording (I will/will not attend) is a bit too formal for us. This is a great place to break tradition to infuse our personalities, and surprise and delight our guests.

The Family Traditions: Ask him to find a way to incorporate his parents, grandparents, or other loved ones in the ceremony. For example, we can use a family token in the bridal bouquet or print our grandparents' wedding dates in the wedding program.

These are just a few of my tips that I have found helpful as I help Tim unleash his inner-wedding planner. What's a creative way that you found to involve your significant other into wedding planning? Tweet us @BRIDES, @WeddingPaprDiva & @WhitneyEVEPort!

Exclusive: 5 Things You Didn’t Know About Whitney Port’s Wedding

She already picked her dream wedding dresses, and now Whitney Port is dishing even more wedding-day details exclusively to Brides. While the former Hills and The City star-turned-fashion-designer still hasn't nailed down her gown's design, she did tell us there won't be a second party dress. Rather, she'll stick to her ceremony look throughout the entire celebration.

More details — like that she'll be throwing a destination wedding (another reason why she hasn't chosen her dress yet since it has to reflect the venue!) — leaked during our conversation. Here, a few facts you don't know about Port's pending nuptials to fiancée Tim Rosenman.

Nailing down the right location is the hardest part of the planning process.
"We want to make a full weekend celebration," Whitney revealed. "It's just difficult finding a place that's easy for everyone to get to and that won't require our guests to spend a lot of money. We just want it to be a fun environment for everyone. I feel like once we find the location, then everything will fall into place."

Tim is very involved in the wedding.
"He has a strong opinion on some things, but he also wants to make me happy," Whitney said. "Like one thing he wants is to make sure that there's not a strict curfew where the party ends at 10. So, there are certain things he cares about, and some stuff he doesn't. When it comes to design and décor, he will take a step back."

Unsurprisingly, her beauty look will be very natural.
"It's dependent on where the wedding is and what the dress looks like, but I don't see myself going super glam," Whitney dished. "I think less is more and I don't want to worry about fixing my hair and makeup all night."

There may or may not be former castmates in attendance.
"I'm not really sure honestly. We haven't sent out the invites yet, so I don't know who we're inviting in general — Hills or City or otherwise!"

Her splurge won't be on the dress — it'll be on the music!
"For us the biggest splurge is good music," Whitney spilled. "We've already picked out a lot of songs for the dinner portion and party portion. It's really just about everyone dancing and having a good time."
